Athletic Registration

Athletic registration will take place through ParentVUE. Please submit registrations and physicals by August 1st for football or August 5th for other fall sports to allow processing time so that your student's participation is not delayed. Follow the steps below to register your student(s).

  1. Login to ParentVUE and click Online Registration
  2. Select “Athletics Registration”
  3. You will see the options that are available for the active season for your student.  NOTE: If you get a message saying, “No students to register” you may have another registration started. At that point, go back to HOME and delete the registration started. Then go back and begin your Athletics Registration.
  4. You will need to “exclude” any student who you do not want to register for athletics at this time by pressing “I am not registering this student at this time”. You will be able to register that student with another registration, if needed.
  5. When all forms are completed, you will need to “Review” all forms.
  6. Go to the bottom of the form and hit “Submit”. You will see the message “Registration Submitted.” This will allow the Athletic Department to see your application.
  7. All students must be registered, have a current physical on file, and cannot be delinquent in payment of school fees in order to be “Approved for Try Outs” or added to the team. You can upload a physical as part of the athletic registration, email the form to LZHSAthletics@LZ95.org or drop the forms off at the Athletic Office.
  8. After try-outs, if your student is added to the team, you will receive an email. A day or two later, the athletics fee will be added to your Pushcoin account.

If you have any questions, contact the Athletic Department or submit a ticket by emailing support@lz95.net

Distinguished Alumni Nominations - Open Now!

Attention LZ95 families! Do you know a Lake Zurich High School graduate who has made a significant mark in their career or through community service? We invite you to nominate them for the LZHS Distinguished Alumni Recognition award. This award celebrates alumni who graduated at least 10 years ago and have demonstrated excellence, integrity, and a commitment to service that reflects the values of our district. The selected honorees will be recognized at the Homecoming football game, and their photos will be added to the Distinguished Alumni Wall at LZHS.
