Recent LZHS Communications Detail

Dear Lake Zurich Parents/Guardians and Students,

Good afternoon and Happy Halloween!!! We are proud to share that Lake Zurich High School has been recognized by the State of Illinois with an Exemplary designation—placing us in the top 10% of high schools across the state. This recognition reflects the dedication of our students, the excellence of our staff, and the strong partnership we share with our families and community.

It’s also an exciting weekend for our Bears! Our girls and boys cross-country teams will compete in the Sectional Meet this Saturday, and we wish them the best as they race toward the state finals. Come cheer them on at Busse Woods on November 1 at 10:00 and 11:15 AM!  On the field, our football team begins its playoff journey, at home, tomorrow at 12 PM against Grant, and we’re looking forward to seeing our community fill the stands to cheer them on.

Thank you for your ongoing support of Lake Zurich High School and for helping us celebrate all the accomplishments—academic, athletic, and beyond—that make our community so special.
