Recent LZHS Communications Detail

Please delete the previous e-mail about parent-teacher conferences.  There was mistake in the e-mail.  This is the appropriate information.  

Dear Lake Zurich High School Parents/Guardians,

We are looking forward to our high school Parent/Guardian-teacher conferences scheduled to be held on: 

• Thursday, November 21st from 4:00 to 7:00 (on-line virtual only)
• Friday, November 22nd from 1:40 – 3:40 (on-line virtual only)
• Monday, November 25th from 1:40 – 7:00 (in-person only)

Conferences will be scheduled using Meet the Teacher, the District’s conference scheduling system.  Parent/Guardian sign-up will open at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22nd and will be available through Friday, November 8th at 4:30 p.m.  Please find specific sign-up information for using our conference scheduling system below:

To schedule an on-line virtual conference for Thursday, November 21st or Friday, November 22nd:

1. Beginning Tuesday, 10/22 at 10:00 a.m. you may access Meet the Teacher  to register for a conference time. Please follow the instructions on the District 95 Technology Support page to complete  the conference scheduling process.
2. If more than one parent/guardian will be participating in the conference, add the second participant during the registration process.  Do not share links, only one link session is able to connect to the conference at a time.
3. Review this informational page to ensure the technology needed for on-line virtual conferencing is in place.
4. Meetings will be strictly limited to the scheduled 10 minute window and will begin and end promptly.

To schedule an in-person conference for Monday, November 25:

1. Beginning Tuesday, 10/22 at 10:00 a.m. you may access Meet the Teacher to register for a conference time. Please follow the instructions on the District 95 Technology Support page to complete  the conference scheduling process.
2. Select the manual scheduler and allow at least 10 minutes between meetings.
3. Meetings will be strictly limited to the 10 minute scheduled window and will begin and end promptly.

If you are unable to schedule a conference after checking all dates/times due to teacher availability, please contact your teacher directly for available times. For technical assistance contact your school office or email support@lz95.net .
