Caps/gowns will be distributed on Friday, May 1st.  The distribution will be during lunch hours in the Cafeteria.

If you are interested in speaking at this year's graduation ceremony, please apply by CLICKING HERE. This application closes on April 17th. Those who submit a speech will be asked to read the speech to a selection committee made up of staff on April 23rd. Each senior who submits and application will be notified by email of when they will read their speech to the selection committee.

Graduation rehearsal will be on Friday, May 15th.  Meet in the stadium at 9:50 am for a 10:00 AM START.  Attendance at practice is mandatory for seniors wishing to participate at graduation. Please contact Dr. Lambert with any questions. Following rehearsal, Senior Class Board will be hosting a picnic lunch for all seniors in the stadium. 

This event is an opportunity for seniors and faculty to talk and reminisce about the previous four years.  This year the event will take place on Friday, May 8th at 6:30 am in the Stadium.  We will have donuts, coffee and juice for those who attend.

All D95 items (iPads, textbooks, etc) must be turned in to the collection table in the cafeteria May 11th through May 13th during all lunch periods.  Any item not returned will be billed directly to the student’s PushCoin account.

The Graduation Ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 17th at 3:00 pm in the High School stadium.  No tickets are needed for the outdoor ceremony.  Seating is based on a “first come, first served” basis.  Gates will open at 2:15 pm.  If you arrive after 2:40 pm, please be prepared to stand along the fenceline.

During the graduation ceremony, all graduates and guests are reminded that any unkind or improper actions will not be tolerated.  All are expected to show respect for the program, graduates, parents, relatives and other guests in attendance.  Attendees want to hear their graduate’s name read.  All school rules (i.e. no smoking, vaping, etc) are in effect while students are at all events including Commencement.

Students are to dress in a manner appropriate for the occasion.  This means dress pants, tops, skirts, dresses, shoes.  Shorts and jeans are not appropriate attire for this occasion.  All students are to wear shoes.  Please note students will be walking on the stadium turn and up and down stairs.  Please choose appropriate footwear to traverse uneven surfaces.

Visual Image Photography will be photographing your student's Graduation photos at this year's graduation ceremony. All images will be posted online for view and purchase about a week after Graduation. Please visit www.vipis.com to view & purchase your Graduation photos. Type in your school name and click on the graduation tile. Enter the student’s full name and an email address. This will bring up your student’s graduation day photos and link you to other event photos from this past school year. All print orders are sent directly to the address entered at checkout. If we experience inclement weather on Sunday, May 17th we will reschedule the graduation to Monday, May 18th in the stadium at 7:00 pm.  If there is inclement weather forecasted on Monday, May 19th, we will move the graduation ceremony into the fieldhouse.  

If there is inclement weather planned for Sunday and we make the decision to move the ceremony to Monday, May 19th, we will send out communication via email and text message through our Blackboard communication system.  Timing for these communications will be at approximately 7:00 am on Sunday, May 17th.  If we have to move the commencement indoors on Monday, we will communicate through the same system at approximately 7:00 am on Monday, May 18th. We will only communicate if a change is made.
